Speakup Mental Health has now closed

The SpeakUp team are passionate about improving the nations mental wellbeing.

SpeakUp was established with the ambition to have a mental health voice in every workplace. We are working to help organisations with cultural change and support their wellbeing strategies by having trained Mental Health First Aiders and Mental Health Champions embedded within organisational structures, so that there is a mental health voice in every workplace. We strongly believe voices open doors.

SpeakUp was formed by former Trades Union Congress colleagues that have a proven track record in delivering high quality mental health training interventions. They have a wealth of experience working with private, public, and voluntary sector organisations in developing mental health training and support. The team have seen first-hand the positive impact and difference Mental Health First Aiders can make to improving mental wellbeing at work.

Our drive and passion is to grow and develop a Mental Health First Aiders movement that can transform how we support good mental health and wellbeing at work. Our trainers are qualified via Mental Health First Aid England who are accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health.
